As our IT Intern, your primary purpose is to provide technical assistance to ENGIE NA’s computer users regarding computing problems in an office environment, such as password resets, hardware issues, and application/laptop/desktop problems. Additional responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: imaging laptops, migrating users, hardware deployments, working in a cross-domain environment, and multi-system support. The internship work term will be from September 7, 2026, to December 31, 2026, based in our Houston, TX office and reports to the Manager of IT Help Desk.
