The Role The information technology department is looking for an intern with both IT aptitude/background and excellent writing skills. The summer assignment will involve preparing guidance materials for the company’s staff about how to use the company’s information systems. Some of the tasks involved will include: Understanding various of the company’s internal and cloud-based systems well enough to write guidance for staff on how to use them Working with small groups of TT employees to test different approaches Collaborating with IT leadership about preferred tools, policy, and communications strategies Designing ways to communicate with the employee base that are most effective for TT Understanding how broader industry is handling these kinds of user guidance, communication, and training and proposing ways those techniques might apply in TT Drafting and editing materials in a wide variety of media

Requirements

• IT aptitude/background
• Excellent writing skills

Responsibilities
