About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for an IT Intern to join our corporate IT team at our headquarters in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and transfer of property technology infrastructure during the onboarding and offboarding of communities within the organization’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will also lead the planning and execution of technology integration efforts, ensuring internal systems are accurately aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to manage collaborative teams for larger projects or both internal / external groups to the organization across functional areas.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service exceeding standards and expectations for the organization.
• Strong project management experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to show initiative.

• Prior experience leading technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the services and duties of various other personnel within the organization
• Assist in meeting scheduling, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, processing invoices, and assist in location-specific inventory tracking.
• Deliver cross-departmental solutions that enhance efficiency and meet business goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to support the operational needs and tasks of the Business Systems & Technology department.
• Assist in communications within the department as well as with other areas within the company
