Requirements

  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving common network issues.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving common software issues.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT.
  • The employee must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • The position also requires the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level support to end-users through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Logging and tracking customer inquiries and issues in our ticketing system.
  • Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Participating in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with customers, team members, and management.
  • Continuously learning and staying current with new technologies and trends.
  • Being available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
