The IT Intern is responsible for providing user technical support and assisting with software, hardware, and network maintenance. The IT intern will also use pre-established procedures and instructions to identify, research, and resolve technical problems presented through Help Desk tickets. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable working experience in the field of Information Technology while under the guidance of experienced IT professionals. We are seeking a college student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, and they must be classified as either a junior or senior in an undergraduate program. The Intern will work with the IT team at our Headquarters in Dothan, AL on a part-time basis (not to exceed 25 hours per week) and pay rate is $15/hour.
