About The Position

IT Infrastructure Technician Who We're Looking For Are you the person who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly and enjoys finding ways to make it run even better? Do you get satisfaction from a clean topology diagram, a failover that works exactly as designed, and a store whose day went uninterrupted because you were paying attention? Here, you'll work alongside teammates who back each other up, on a crew that invests in your growth and wants to hear your ideas. If you're looking for a role where you'll help shape our network rather than just maintain it, do your best work with Acme Tools as an IT Infrastructure Technician. Support end-user workstations and mobile devices, from imaging and deployment through escalated hardware and software issues.
