About The Position

Harvest Hill Beverage Company is one of the nation’s largest independent branded beverage producers, delivering consistent annual revenue growth, with sales of over $1 billion. The company was formed in June 2014 with the acquisition of Juicy Juice and further expanded with 3 subsequent acquisitions which were consolidated into one company in May 2017. Our portfolio of iconic brands includes SunnyD®, Juicy Juice®, Little HUG®, Daily’s Cocktails®, among many other specialty brands. We manufacture, market, and distribute across multi-channels including Grocery, Mass Merchandisers, Warehouse Clubs, Convenience, Foodservice, and Liquor Distributors. Harvest Hill was recently acquired by Castillo Hermanos, a family-owned company and a leader in the Central American and Caribbean consumer market. The acquisition incorporates leading, scalable and complementary brands into the Castillo Hermanos beverage portfolio, giving it immediate access to main US retail outlets. The deal also facilitates the distribution of Castillo Hermanos’s brands, meeting nostalgia-driven demand from US Hispanic consumers. Harvest Hill is headquartered in Stamford, CT with a nationwide network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, employing over 1,000 employees in the United States. This position will be located onsite 5 days a week in Verona, PA.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree
3+ years of relevant network system experience
Experience using Microsoft Windows Server, HyperV, VMWare Active Directory, Office 365 and Cisco and Microsoft Azure
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments within agreed upon time frame
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot end user issues remotely
Ability to travel (<10% of the time)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams, supporting colleagues and contributing actively to shared goals
Demonstrated ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

Support LANs, VPN, users, applications, internet, and intranet systems.
Maintain system efficiency & performance not limited to, network facilities, servers, workstations, printers, phones, VPN, email & intrusion detection systems and all technology related items.
Maintain & monitor network and systems to ensure security.
Analyze and isolate issues.
Setup new team members, identify user needs and troubleshoot problems reported.
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Documentation and inventory of all IT systems.
Assists in the implementation of new operating systems, servers, hardware deployments and upgrades not limited to new system migrations and or existing system upgrades.
Participate in disaster preparedness plan preparation and deployment.
Monitor and maintain anti-virus and security applications for network and workstations.
Researches and prepares recommendations, solutions and quotes for new technologies, equipment, suppliers, products and assists in deploying.
Maintain an IT request tracking system that allows users to submit requests and receive communication on status and completion of request.
Timely communication with status of task and IT items to Leadership.
