Responsible for the oversight, administration, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, operating systems, processing platforms, and communication systems, in alignment with regulatory expectations and organizational risk tolerance. Ensures infrastructure operations comply with applicable guidance from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), including areas such as information security, business continuity, and vendor management. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions. Ensures system performance, availability, and data protection through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response. Provides leadership across infrastructure functions, including network and systems administration, cybersecurity operations, end-user computing, and Help Desk services. Oversees complex technical issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysis. Partners with executive leadership on IT strategy, budgeting, and risk management. Supports business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution. Leads and develops IT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with organizational and regulatory expectations.
