This is an onsite position where you will manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals, including performance management and employee development. You will support the infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems, supporting all facets of Active Directory, and supporting email, Storage Area Network (SAN), web servers, .Net and MS SQL solutions. You will also work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution and lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance.
