About The Position

This is an onsite position requiring the candidate to be a Georgia Resident. The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating with vendors, supporting various IT systems including Active Directory, email, SAN, web servers, .Net and MS SQL solutions, and leading projects to enhance infrastructure performance and uptime.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management
• 4+ years in-depth knowledge of Windows servers
• 3+ years in-depth knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience with Citrix or RDS
• Experience configuring LAN, WAN, and VoIP systems
• Strong documentation skills
• Familiarity with backup and restore processes
• Familiarity with build automation, patch management, automated deployments, and packaging
• Experience with integration-type projects, such as domain migration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Linux a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals, including performance management and employee development.
• Support infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365.
• Coordinate with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems.
• Support all facets of Active Directory.
• Support email, Storage Area Network (SAN), web servers, etc.
• Support .Net and MS SQL solutions.
• Work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution.
• Lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance.
