About The Position

As a Qualcomm IT Infrastructure & Cloud Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of what exists and help establish the new standards for tomorrow. You will leverage your degree to make an immediate impact on one of Qualcomm’s numerous technologies. This internship supports the IT Infrastructure & Cloud track. Based on your resume, you will be aligned to projects within this track.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September)
Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Candidates actively pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation between November 2027 and June 2028
Practical experience developing software or meeting operational needs with code and scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby, and/or Java)
Experience with automation tools development, CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins), source control management, software integration, scripting, and working in a DevOps environment (e.g., Ansible)
Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, infrastructure automation, end-user services, collaboration, and communication tools
Knowledge of servers (physical, virtual), cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, GCP), and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
Python web development experience
