Requirements

Previous experience in IT help desk and/or IT internship required.
Must be willing to learn and apply knowledge to assigned projects.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to collaborate with others.
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

With close guidance and direction, incumbents participate in providing support to various areas in the infrastructure and/or IT Security functional areas. May rotate between various departments.
Gain deeper understanding of all services and tasks related to the company's IT Infrastructure and Security.
Assist with upgrades to, and regular maintenance of company servers and/or network hardware and/or operating systems.
Assist with the design & implementation of solutions for extraction and integration of data to and from the data warehouse.
Create test data files.
Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
