About The Position

This is a co-op position for Fall 2026 (May 2026-January 2027) at Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove in Goodyear, AZ. Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, known for their refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing products found in luxurious homes. Requirements

• Must be a student enrolled in a co-op program.
• Available for Fall 2026 (May 2026-January 2027).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to IT ticketing system.
• Help troubleshoot incoming incidents, including issues related to computer hardware/software, mobile/desk phone support, printer support, conference room support, and production floor support.
• Help address incoming requests, including imaging new computers, setting up workstations, performing office moves, setting up home users, and installing software.
• Assist with ongoing desktop support projects.
