Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in an IT-related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with IT ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of mobile/desk phone support, printer support, and conference room support.
- Experience with computer imaging and software installation.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to IT ticketing system.
- Help troubleshoot incoming incidents, including issues related to computer hardware/software, mobile/desk phone support, printer support, conference room support, and production floor support.
- Help address incoming requests, including imaging new computers, setting up workstations, performing office moves, setting up home users, and installing software.
- Assist with ongoing desktop support projects.
