About The Position

If you’re the person friends call when their laptop freezes or their Wi‑Fi mysteriously stops working, this internship is your moment. As our IT Helpdesk Intern, you’ll be on the front lines of technical support, helping employees solve real issues, learning how enterprise systems work, and getting hands‑on experience with hardware, software, and IT operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that keeps the company running smoothly — and you’ll gain practical skills that translate directly into a future IT career.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an Associate’s degree or higher
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage time, complete projects on schedule, and escalate issues when needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from employees who need technical support
  • Respond to tickets submitted through ServiceNow
  • Help set up, deploy, and support new or replacement equipment and software
  • Assist with maintaining our technical inventory so everything stays organized and up to date
  • Create and update IT documentation
  • Support larger‑scale IT projects when available
  • Get exposure to the tools and systems that keep a modern IT department running
