The Client is seeking a first level technical support representative. Who will be responsible for answering a variety of technical inquiries, documenting issues, and alerting senior staff in a timely fashion. This role involves providing desktop support for technical issues in a Call Center environment as well as off-site locations. The candidate will log and route service requests, create and maintain knowledge articles, and provide a high level of customer service to end users. Expertise in Microsoft Products (Office, Windows) and troubleshooting agency-specific applications, web applications, and mobile devices is required. Collaboration with the IT leadership team on technology selection and implementation, and maintaining service level agreements are also key responsibilities.
