About The Position

We are seeking an IT support professional for our client in the financial services industry who will be responsible for providing technical assistance, system support, and information management within the organization’s systems department. If you have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting users and systems, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in financial institutions or cooperatives).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and information systems.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English).
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users and information systems.
  • Monitor networks, systems, and communication between branches.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and follow up on incidents.
  • Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Manage user access to systems and applications.
  • Perform backups and maintain data custody.
  • Send files to external agencies and service providers.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and technology improvements.
