Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals; installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and user accounts; managing and prioritizing help desk tickets; assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes; maintaining network connectivity; ensuring data security; escalating complex issues; and maintaining IT equipment inventory. This is an in-person, on-site role and not a Cybersecurity position.
