About The Position

Graham Construction, a 3G Company, is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician who enjoys building relationships, educating others, and solving technical issues. Requirements

  • Associates degree in information technology, computer science, cyber security or related degree.
  • At least two years of experience assisting end users in a IT capacity, preferred.
  • Experience with Apple IOS Support, PC, and Experience with: Windows server, Active Directory, O365 Admin, MS Office Suites, Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass physical capacity profile
  • Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification
  • Ability to travel to construction jobsites within the state of Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin (expected travel 2-3 times a month, no overnights required).

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely onsite and remote technical support for employee’s hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including installation and upgrade of software.
  • Monitor IT helpdesk emails and requests. Determine solutions for issues and provide user assistance.
  • Set up and install end-user PCs, Laptops, Tablets, and Smart Phones.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and IT training.
  • Assist with IT Initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate set up of new employee’s software and hardware devices.
  • Assist with other IT issues (ex. Conference room technology, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • All other duties as assigned.
