About The Position

America’s CAR-MART, Inc. is looking for an Help Desk Support Specialist 1 to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components that help drive their business.

Requirements

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome!
Self-motivated.
Ability to follow directions.
Dependable.

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge in three or more of the following areas: PC setup and troubleshooting, Networking, Software deployment, Security systems (alarms and DVRs), Shoretel phone systems, IP phone technology, Virtual Machine (VM) environments.
Participate in team projects to improve and enhance systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
