This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Power Platform development and Help Desk/Systems Administration. The intern will spend approximately 60% of their time on Power Platform development, focusing on designing and developing Power Apps, building Power Automate flows, creating Power BI dashboards, and assisting with integrations. The remaining 40% will be dedicated to Help Desk support, including providing Tier 1 support for various devices and applications, assisting with Microsoft 365 administration, supporting Intune and device management, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in onboarding/offboarding processes and audits. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, documenting solutions, and developing scripts for automation.
