Requirements

  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn!
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • A desire to contribute to a team, while also being able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT support team with daily help desk operations, including responding to tickets and resolving technical issues.
  • Shadow experienced technicians to learn best practices in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new technologies, helping prepare equipment and configurations.
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to streamline future support.
  • Take part in team meetings, contributing your ideas and gaining insights into project management.
  • Support special projects as assigned, allowing you to explore various areas within IT.
