About The Position

This internship is designed as a hands-on introduction to the real world of IT within a fast-paced automotive dealer group. You will work directly with the IT Manager and gain practical experience supporting day to day technology operations across multiple dealership locations. This role is l earning-focused, not labor-focused. The goal is to expose you to how IT actually operates in a business environment how issues are diagnosed, how systems are managed, and how technology supports sales, service, and operations. If you’re curious about IT, enjoy problem-solving, and want to see what an IT career really looks like day to day, this internship is a great entry point.

Requirements

  • Considering a career in IT and wants hands-on experience
  • Studying IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Recently graduated and looking for real-world exposure
  • Curious, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable asking questions and taking feedback
  • No prior professional IT experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Basic help desk support (password resets, software issues, printer issues)
  • Setting up new user accounts, email, and devices
  • Assisting with workstation setups and equipment deployment
  • Performing basic system checks and updates
  • Documenting common issues and solutions
  • Helping organize IT inventory and equipment
  • Shadowing troubleshooting of more advanced issues
  • Assisting with small IT projects as learning opportunities
