Requirements
- 2+ years of professional IT experience
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Interest in ITAD industry
Nice To Haves
- IT experience, Certifications, or Vo tech/Associate degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Exceptional ability to resolve technical challenges
- Exceptional ability to enable product flow
- Exceptional ability to lift others around them
- Laptop diagnostics and grading
- Server diagnostics, grading, and value routing
- Hard Drive and SSD wiping and repair
- Ram and other component testing
- Ability to spot and properly route valuable products accordingly
- Operation of diagnostic software
- Creates Labels, scans barcodes and Manually enters serial number and model numbers.
- Sort electronic products by product type and value
- Safely removes electronic components by model or part number.
- Tears down remaining equipment and sorts by material
