Requirements
- 2+ years of professional, IT support experience (desktop and technical support).
- Attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Customer service and customer support/troubleshooting.
- Working with the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel for Hardware Tracking.
- Experience locating serial numbers on IT hardware, asset/inventory tracking and documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal).
- Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
Responsibilities
- Locating, verifying and documenting IT Hardware Assets within the organization.
- Documenting and verifying the IT Hardware.
- Documenting serial numbers on the hardware.
- Documenting findings via MS Excel.
- Inputting and fulfilling tickets in ticketing system.
