This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK. This role is a lead position responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle for both package and custom developed applications, including in software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. The analyst will work independently with limited supervision as a subject matter expert (SME) to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions as prioritized by the business. This includes creating and updating system documentation and training materials. The role involves leading the design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of reliable and scalable software solutions, managing large projects and processes through the entire system development lifecycle, and gathering/documenting business requirements to determine capabilities. The analyst will consult with users on priorities, complexities, and impacts of requirements, provide time and cost estimates, and coordinate development activities with team members, infrastructure personnel, vendors, and management. Following defined change control and compliance procedures, identifying opportunities to deploy existing solutions in other business areas, and collaborating with key process owners on documenting defects, enhancements, and projects are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the analyst will coach, review, and delegate to lower-level professionals and solve difficult, complex problems.
