As a company, we are committed to giving our all every day while maintaining a positive attitude. This role involves traveling to multiple locations throughout the valley as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; two or more years of relevant IT support experience; or comparable technical training and industry certifications—such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar—preferred.
  • Candidates with strong technical aptitude, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every preferred qualification.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, software applications, remote-support tools, and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to methodically diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Brings a positive attitude to work every day and approaches team members and clients with patience and professionalism.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Can adapt, multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Can work independently, manage time effectively, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Works effectively and collaboratively as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests from team members and store personnel.
  • Communicate with users to gather information, identify issues, and determine the appropriate next steps.
  • Provide technical support remotely and travel to store or office locations when on-site assistance is required.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers, tablets, printers, point-of-sale equipment, network devices, and other technology hardware.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and device firmware.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with new store openings, technology deployments, equipment replacements, and other IT projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when additional support or repair services are required.
  • Recommend appropriate hardware, software, or equipment upgrades when needed.
  • Provide basic technology training and guidance to team members and end users.
  • Complete assigned service requests and accurately document incidents, problems, resolutions, equipment changes, and completed work.
  • Create and maintain internal help-desk documentation and clear, step-by-step instructions for end users.
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach when supporting team members and store personnel.
  • Work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate store operations, project deployments, urgent support needs, and other business requirements.
