About The Position

M.G. Oil Company, Inc. is hiring a Full Time IT Field Support Technician to provide support to employees throughout South Dakota and Wyoming. This is a growing company looking to expand its IT department. This position is not a remote position and is located in Rapid City, SD. Travel is required. The role may involve on-call duties approximately every 6 weeks for a 1-week period. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IT work-related experience.

Requirements

• 2 years of IT work related experience.
• Ability to provide support with calls where support is requested or needed.
• Ability to perform new computer set up.
• Ability to handle networking and hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Familiarity with a variety of Operating Systems (ex: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux).
• Ability to manage assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have clean driving record.
