This marks the fourth consecutive year that Infinx India has achieved certification and the first time the company has earned recognition in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Field Support Technician to provide support of hardware and software solutions deployed in clerical, clinical, and work-from-home environments. This position will work under the general supervision of the client's IT Operations Team Lead, Manager, and/or Director. In this role, you will need the expertise to resolve end user problems as presented from the end user through various service request channels. You will be responsible for providing support to team members to complete various daily tasks such as computer imaging as well as hardware and software deployment. As IT Operations Field Support Specialist, you will provide basic support for network equipment, phone systems, and other IT infrastructure.
