About The Position
Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to support 8–10 assigned sites. This is a hands‑on IT role supporting classroom and administrative technology that directly impacts teachers and students.
Requirements
- IT / Desktop Support experience
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 troubleshooting
- Hardware repair & deployment
- Strong customer service with non‑technical users
- A+ or equivalent hands‑on experience
Responsibilities
- On‑site IT support at K‑12 schools
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, SMART/Promethean Boards
- Diagnose hardware/software issues before replacing devices
- Perform deployments, configurations, and connectivity support
- Tickets escalated from Help Desk
