IT Field Services Technician I
About The Position
The IT Field Services Technician I will work onsite at our Clarkston, GA warehouse location where we receive and deploy our IT equipment from. You will play the role of utility IT Field Tech performing tasks that include but are not limited to imaging laptops/PCs, lifting/moving IT equipment in the warehouse, partnerning with other IT warehouse employees such as asset management, and assisting with IT equipment deliveries when needed. This individual receives technical direction and support from our IT Field Services Manager and IT Field Services Leads or Supervisors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Two years of information technology experience supporting users with hardware, software, and printing issues.
Nice To Haves
- A+ Certification preferred or another Information Services related Certification.
Responsibilities
- Imaging laptops/PCs
- Lifting/moving IT equipment in the warehouse
