About The Position

The IT Field Engineer deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. The role implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards. The position supports project startup and closeout technology needs, resolves site-level issues, and coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration.
Successful completion of a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Networking or IT service management certification.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
Install and maintain field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues according to service standards.
Maintain asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
Support technology requirements for project startup and closeout.
Coordinate escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
Ensure field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
