About The Position

The IT Field Engineer deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. The role implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards. It supports project startup and closeout technology needs, coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams, and helps ensure field environments meet enterprise security and configuration standards. DPR describes the role as part of a culture emphasizing ownership, teamwork, trust, shared leadership, open communication, and respect for individuals.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration.
Successful completion of a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience considered.
Networking or IT service management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
Install and maintain field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues in accordance with service standards.
Maintain asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
Support project startup and closeout technology requirements.
Coordinate escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
Ensure field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
