Job Summary: Deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. Implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.
• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.

Nice To Haves

• Networking or IT service management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
