• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• SQL coding Experience.
• Microsoft Report Builder Experience.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming support requests.
• Provide Training for end-users.
• Keep thorough documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP software, SQL Task, Microsoft Report Builder Reports, and business processes.
• Consult with business units to determine ERP requirements.
• Prepare training material and keep it up to date.
• Attain and retain deep knowledge in our ERP software.
• Collaborate with ERP Team to help achieve team goals.
