About The Position

As Clariant's IT Engineer you will play a key role in keeping our technology running seamlessly across all local sites. You'll be the go-to expert for business units — resolving challenges, minimizing disruptions, and contributing to global and regional IT projects that make a real impact on our operations.

Requirements

• IT infrastructure and application support
• First point of contact for business requests, escalations, and IT challenges
• Participation in global and regional IT projects
• Implementation of the Standard IT Service Framework
• Internal IT Consultant/Analyst for new demands and project-related tasks
• Meeting ServiceNow KPIs
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support across all local sites
