Responsible for securely designing, configuring, installing, and supporting hardware, software, and related applications that enable the organization and its operations. Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating resources and ensuring IT project objectives are accomplished. Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders in support of IT projects. Act as primary liaison with 3rd party providers for product improvements, issues, and tier 2 technical support. Securely configure, manage, and integrate servers, network infrastructure, and applications while ensuring expected system performance and resilience. Manage the lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets. Implement and manage identity and access management systems. Ensure secure authentication practices through configuration of roles and permissions. Assess various options and their potential impacts to make decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term needs. Clearly communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and best practices, which can be used by team members. Lead IT projects and initiatives. Mentor junior staff and participate in cross-functional teams to improve system performance and support.
