About The Position

Keysight is looking for an IT Engineer Generalist Intern to join their team. This role involves supporting Keysight employees with evolving productivity platforms, offering hands-on, face-to-face training and problem-solving for various devices and software. The focus is on helping users leverage internal resources and platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Success Factors, Knowledge Management, and Concur, while also resolving technical issues.

Requirements

Solid understanding of different hardware and software platforms from iOS to Android, Windows and Mac OS.
Knowledgeable about the Microsoft environment on both Mobile and PC platforms.
Excellent people skills, able to articulate knowledge and experience to users for best practices, tips, tricks and insights.
Audio visual experience (Bluetooth, audio settings in the operating system, headsets, soft phone services, etc.).
Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams/Zoom, Sharepoint, Onedrive, etc.).
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft and Mac command line interfaces.
Understanding of Microsoft ActiveSync and Active Directory Architecture.
MDM (mobile Device Management) structure experience.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on, face-to-face training and problem-solving for employees regarding productivity platforms.
Assist users with devices ranging from iPhones to laptops.
Focus on software applications and educating users on internal resources and platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 cloud, Success Factors, Knowledge Management, and Concur.
Fix technical issues when they arise.
Maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
Adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
