About The Position

The IT Engineer Co-Op role will provide technical support for the enterprise voice and data network to address client business requirements, provide support for out-of-service events and provide hardware support at our Enterprise datacenter. Guidance is provided by the Team Leader and/or senior Team members. The incumbent will complete routine requests to deliver voice and data network services including design, implementation and performance management, as well as related hardware, software and services required to provide business requirements and overall strategy. This year-round Co-Op will be located at Global Headquarters: 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113 and begin June 2026. A 12-month commitment is preferred for this role with an average of 25-28 hours per week approximately. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.

Requirements

Must be a student pursuing a degree.
A 12-month commitment is preferred for this role.
An average of 25-28 hours per week approximately.
