About The Position

Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure and end‑user support across Voyix locations, partnering with local, regional, and global business and IT teams to ensure reliable systems, secure operations, and high‑quality technical service.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with global, regional, and site‑based cross‑functional teams, as well as external vendors and solution partners.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
  • Willingness to support after‑hours IT needs and work across multiple NCR sites.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on technical support experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (Office, Administration, or Professional).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on support for laptops, desktops, and high‑performance engineering workstations, including system staging, restoration, and recovery.
  • Resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs, document and track issues, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist Global Information Security (GIS) with antivirus protection, data backup and recovery processes, compliance audits, and security initiatives.
  • Provide white‑glove technical support for employees and senior leadership in both office and remote work environments.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventories, manage stock levels, and perform regular audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware support, repairs, and warranty services.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues, performing component replacements as needed.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues across multiple platforms.
  • Support Windows, Microsoft Office, and macOS/iOS environments.
  • Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
  • Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, new technology implementations, and hardware refresh initiatives.
  • Participate in planning and execution of IT initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Accurately record and maintain weekly timesheets using designated systems.
