About The Position

The Zebra Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a three-year (graduate) program that builds versatile technology leaders by providing cross-functional experience through three one-year rotations in multiple areas of the Information Technology & Security organizations. Rotation opportunities may include areas such as IT Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure, PMO/QA, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Data Protection. The program will also offer extensive leadership and technical training opportunities. This position is expected to start in August 2026. Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations. Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment. Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description. Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program. Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program. Visibility and interaction with senior Information Technology leaders. Accountable for developing your leadership and management skills through on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities that are available.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
