Overview
The IT Developer leads design and maintenance of systems supporting workflows, survey platforms, and analytics (e.g., Pega integration, automation, data systems).

Requirements

• Proficient in programming languages, software design, troubleshooting, and data management (e.g., implementation, storage, and processing);
• Experience with survey platforms, survey logic, and data validation;
• Experience with the design, programming, testing, and maintenance of software applications and systems (i.e., web development, database, and systems analysis);
• Experience in network management, technical support, and data administration (e.g., policy, rules, definitions);
• Experience with technologically supported and automated survey processes (i.e., computer assisted telephone interviewing, and sorting unstructured text)
• Experience with artificial intelligence technology for survey information collection.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions, including programming, system design, and data management processes such as data implementation, storage, and processing.
• Design, configure, and manage survey platforms, including building survey logic and ensuring accurate data validation.
• Lead the design, programming, testing, and ongoing maintenance of software applications and systems, including web development, databases, and systems analysis.
• Support and manage network operations, provide technical support, and oversee data administration practices including governance policies, rules, and definitions.
• Implement and manage technologically enabled survey processes, including computer‑assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) systems and methods for organizing and analyzing unstructured text data.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools and technologies to enhance survey data collection, processing, and analysis.
