Requirements

Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred.
IT certifications are desirable for this role.

Nice To Haves

CompTIA Certifications are desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and various software applications.
Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11.
Re-image machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Assist users with logged IT-related incidents when called upon.
Take ownership of issues by performing problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes, aiming to restore service as soon as possible, and escalating incidents to other support teams if necessary.
Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system.
Install and configure new IT equipment.
Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners.
Maintain a first-class level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated efficiently and appropriately.
