Seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for Windows-based environments. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users. Requirements
- 3+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- CompTIA A+ or related certification.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Install, configure, and deploy end-user devices.
- Document and track incidents through a ticketing system.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and equipment inventory.
