About The Position

River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA is seeking an IT Data Operations Technician to provide first-level IT support to CCBHC team members. This role involves setting up and configuring computing devices, installing hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to support requests, and training staff on computer systems. The position requires occasional travel and the ability to perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced Office 365 knowledge.
• Intermediate to Advanced PC troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1+ year(s) of experience working in IT/Data Analyst.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to communicate well both verbally and written.
• Positive energy person, good communicator.
• Can handle and protect confidential information.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
• Provide 2 Professional references (Former employers only, no family members).

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred.
