The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Cutover Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead planning and facilitation of End to End Walkthroughs, including preparation of plans Lead execution of Cutover Plans Lead preparation of Continuity plans Work with Global Cutover team to prepare and execute Cutover workshops Support preparation of Gate deliverables Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Five (5) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and Eight (8) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, distribution center, private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Six Sigma Black Belt experience is preferred
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Past Business Transformation deployment experience is preferred
  • Cross functional business experience
  • Facilitation skills and experience

Responsibilities
