The position involves responding to user requests via phone, email, and in-person, documenting and tracking issues, and providing support for printing devices and office copiers. Additionally, the role supports Cisco conference room technology, Webex and Microsoft Teams meetings, and various computer peripherals. The IT Customer Support specialist will answer user questions, maintain inventory and asset management, interpret technical documentation, and utilize diagnostic tools. They will stay knowledgeable about desktop support best practices, communicate effectively with users and the IT team, and assist with system upgrades and deployments. The role also involves implementing and supporting shared software and providing timely reporting on work activities.
