About The Position

Labcorp is recruiting an IT Specialist Call Center Support for Atlantic Division working in our Burlington, NC location. This role provides first-level IT support for external clients via telephone and remote connection applications. Responsibilities include guiding users through diagnostic and resolution steps for various systems, extensive phone usage, email communication, and support ticket management. The specialist will escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams and stay updated on internal systems, tools, and best practices through training and collaboration.

Requirements

6 or more months of experience performing IT Support to Labcorp Diagnostic Atlantic Division
High School Diploma or GED
6 or more months of experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume IT call center environment
6 or more months using Service Now in Labcorp environment to log and update tickets
6 or more months using Labcorp Touch and Labcorp Link platform

Responsibilities

Telephone call center first level support for IT support for external clients.
Support includes, but is not limited to, internet based & in-house patient management systems, printer and internet equipment support using both telephone and remote connection applications.
Guide users through diagnostic and resolution steps for various systems.
Support consists of extensive phone usage, email communication and support ticket management.
Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams when necessary.
Stay up to date on internal systems, tools, and best practices through training and collaboration.
