Role will adeptly execute Information Technology contract processing and administration functions with precision, adhering rigorously to the department's standard operating procedures. They will demonstrate a commitment to excellence to meet or exceed established key performance indicators. The role ensures seamless alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. They will navigate complex contractual landscapes, primarily related to technology contracts, such as software license agreements, hardware purchases and services agreements. The successful candidate will be expected to identify and address contractual, financial and operational nuances to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk. By leveraging their comprehensive understanding of contractual principles and industry best practices, they will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success and fostering a culture of excellence within the IT contract operations domain.
