Requirements

Proficiency in operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical expertise in areas such as Azure cloud, Microsoft Modern work, security, compliance, and advanced networking.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epicor or ERP systems.
Microsoft certifications.
Experience with ConnectWise.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
Lead system upgrades and migrations, including servers, email, and cloud environments.
Maintain client networks, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Address and resolve client problems efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support or vendors when necessary.
Manage client backups and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate updates to clients regularly.
